German (nice to have) IT Support (nice to have) Helpdesk (nice to have) For one of our Clients, global technology company, we’re looking for German- and English-speaking person for IT Operations Technical Support role. It’s a great opportunity for someone who would like to start their career in IT area.   Your responsibilities: 

•       Being the first point of contact for global customers 

•       Troubleshooting technical/functional issues 

•       Log Incidents / Requests and maintain ownership 

•       Utilize our Client's Knowledgebase, policies and processes to find solutions 

•       Challenge the status quo and help our Client to constantly improve  Requirements:

•       Advanced German and very good English skills 

•       Strong customer service skills 

•       Enjoy working in a team environment 

•       Interest to learn, and maintain/enhance knowledge Our Client offers:
