For one of our Famous clients, expert in technical and IT area we are looking for candidate interested in a role of Junior Category Expert.



The Junior Category Expert role is important to the successful delivery of projects in GBUs and requires cross-functional working with many different areas of the Procurement organizations and some internal clients across all Practices, Major Accounts, and Verticals. This includes, but is not limited to the following areas of activity:

- Supporting the respective Head/Category Manager, as well as Category Experts to deliver the subarea procurement strategy;

- Delivering savings in line with Atos Procurement definitions and policy;

- Analyzing the internal and external fact base and understanding the needs of internal customers, supporting development of the category strategy as well as action plan for the category;

- Negotiating and reviewing contracts with support of respective Category Expert or Category Manager (analyze the offers, review and challenge the performance) to bring P&L savings;

- Executing the RFx process, Negotiation and Contracting steps;

- Contributing to rationalize the Atos supplier base;

- Collaborating with Global Purchasing, especially with Global Lead Buyers and Global Buyers to integrate the maximum of savings and value from the global actions into GBU. Support and lead both local and global process changes.

- Supporting the Procurement bid team with value adding propositions to deliver competitive advantage to Atos and Atos Customers;



Requirements:

- Previous experience of managing stakeholders;

- Good interpersonal and communication skills to ensure credibility and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;

- Clear focus on delivery to client and demonstrable understanding of requirement to flex business models to meet customer demand;

- Ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly to drive performance improvement;

- Proven experience in negotiation and savings delivery in category specialty;

- Able to plan and manage own workload effectively;

- Demonstrates leadership potential;

- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail;

- Is able to analyze, diagnose and prioritize work and present results effectively, making correct choices based on such analysis;

- Able to plan and manage own workload effectively;

- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;

- Organization and strong attention to detail;

- Demonstrates good analytical skills;

- Very good written and verbal communication skills;

- Able to progress issues and queries, escalating when necessary;

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel;
