Jun. Compliance Officer
An outstanding opportunity to join the Chief Compliance Officer Division of Credit Suisse, as we are currently looking for a talented individual to join the Anti-Fraud Compliance team in Wroclaw. You will be responsible for growing variety of tasks, including, but not limited to supporting the development of the Anti-Fraud Program and providing relevant coverage for applicable coverage territory, which may include EMEA; undertaking assigned duties relevant to surveillance activities and employee risks through the tools available within the Anti-Fraud function; liaising with key stakeholders and acting as an escalation and coordination point-person for fraud-related activities requiring review; developing a fraud threat library and controls matrix and inventory to support risk assessment, and to mitigate the functional risks relevant to Anti-Fraud group; gathering relevant fraud intelligence, assessing and providing relevant interpretation of any elevated threats, and staying abreast of Anti-Fraud policy developments and enforcement trends; participating in global and regional governance fora and management of output, tracking actions.

Qualifications
Specifically, the role requires:
- University degree, preferable in business or law
- English to a business standard and outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
- Investigation and analytical skills to meet increasing regulatory scrutiny
- Up to 2 years of proven experience working within an Anti-Fraud or Anti-Money Laundering function, or forensic accounting, internal audit, investigations or risk management professional preferred
- Ability to multi-task competing priorities whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- A self-starter, eager to learn and develop professionally. Proven ability to manage work well under pressure
