Your field of responsibility We are looking for a passionate, hardworking and highly-motivated IT Project Manager. The role will interface across a wide business area, especially our DWH, integrations and reporting streams plus interaction with core Credit Suisse IT applications. Role includes following responsibilities: Responsibility to manage and define the project scope and objectives, to create and maintain a project plan with resource estimation, time and budget requirements as well as establishing deadlines. Opportunity to work on Service Company changes that are shaping the future of the financial industry. Collaborate closely with management, development and support teams on resource management. Accountability for developing detailed level project documents including, but not limited to a project plan with deliverables and dependencies, a project mandate, a communication plan and status reporting. Ensure adherence to the project plan and processes in place, track milestones and manage change requests. Responsibility for quality assurance within the projects by ensuring full compliance with applicable Credit Suisse methodologies, standards and procedures. Supporting Program Management Office in providing Project Status and other reports on regular basis. Experienced with working distributed and off-shore team with difference cultures. Your skills and experience We are looking for: Proven track record of minimum 5 years’ of IT project management in the financial sector or other large, complex global environment. Proven track record in Agile implementation and execution. Bachelor's degree or higher, in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Project experience in Business Intelligence area (data integration, ETL, reporting). Experience in Jira, Confluence / Odyssey. Technical understanding of quality and automation aspects. Results-oriented, hardworking individual with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Project management/Agile certification (PMP, Scrum) would be an advantage.
