Main Purpose

• Lead end-to-end commercialization process for new import products. Manage multiple projects end to end, working with cross functional team. Drive cross functional collaboration. Ensure of project accelerated timeline & governance.
• Demand & Supply forecast to initiate replenishment order on timeline
• Post launch performance analysis dashboard working with key account team

Accountability

1) Lead end-to-end commercialization process for new import products. Manage multiple projects end to end at the same time, including working with cross functional team on feasibility assessment, i. e. regulatory compliance, finance, legal, etc. along with other executional alignment such as spec alignment, packaging, repacking, MOQ planning, logistics arrangement, new product setup. Drive cross functional collaboration. Ensure of project accelerated timeline & governance.

2) Establish a robust import product catalogue to consolidate all products already explored, currently exploring and to be explored in one place. Share this catalogue with strategy team to catalyst long term product strategy planning.

3) Support related workstream to explore new source and pipeline of import products.

4) Coordinate with source countries to arrange for product samples.

5) Monitor orders/ shipments based on project target lead time, working with supply chain team to ensure of documents and requirements in place for smooth shipment clearance process.

6) Monitor inventory both ours and customers closely and manage ongoing supply forecast communication in order to initiate replenished order effectively.

7) Support in process of post launch performance analysis dashboard working with key account team.

8) Working with Trade team gathering insights for preparation of customer presentation story board and selling story in product selection process on quarterly basis.

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or Engineering. Minimum of7 years+ experience in commercial with at least 2 years in project management or commercialization.
• Project management skillset is mandatory. Comfortable to lead and manage 10-15 projects end to end at the same time with different timeline and magnitude. Commercially savvy with strong business acumen, analytical and prioritization skills. Can-do attitude is a must.
• Experience in commercializing new products (NPD) or any other cross functional work stream in a well- established multinational organization with complex organization matrix is preferred.
• Import commercialization or Import supply chain/logistic experience is a plus.
• Result oriented with high sense of responsibility and accountability to complete project within accelerated target timeline with hunger to achieve target revenue deliverables.
• Enjoy high collaborative cross-functional work. Able to influence and as necessary take lead among cross functional as well as cross country team members. This is a 100% cross functional role.
• Ability to think quick, act quick, strong sense of emergency. Structural logic thinking while flexible and adaptive at times in order to drive creative solution or create more effective ways of work.
• Strong communication skills & English proficiency both writing & speaking.
