responsibilities :
- Create and distribute a variety of reports from regularly scheduled (monthly, quarterly, etc. ) to ad hoc utilizing data in DSV Employee Central by required due date as assigned. Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.
- Carryout various audits by required due date as assigned, reporting any anomalies accordingly.
- Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for DSV Employee Central in relation to requests related to reporting.
- Maintain DSV Employee Central data integrity by reporting data anomalies to the HRIS helpdesk.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- This position will have additional projects and administrative duties as assigned.
requirements-expected :
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resource management, information technology or related area of study required.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the Human Resources field (including Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Performance Management and Training).
- Minimum of three years’ experience in HR related systems administration (SAP SuccessFactors preferred), payroll processing, functional support and enhancement development required.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Power BI
- Proficient Level of English (spoken & written)
- Data Analysis: Ability to work with, manipulate and understand data. Technical ability to create data visualization, identify the root cause and identify process improvements
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach; identifies, obtains, and evaluates relevant information to establish relationships or patterns, cite causes, and reach logical conclusions
