Job Description
As part of EMEA HR Operations reporting to the EMEA HR Operations Manager; this role is responsible for ensuring that operational HR services are delivered to employees and Team Leaders. The role will support multiple geographies.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Providing local market knowledge and expertise on the effective delivery of our day to day hire to retire HR processes, policies and activities
- F ocus ing on adherence to standard, continuous improvement opportunities and providing an engaging and customer-focused service in partnership with a third-party provider
- Handling l ocal legislative tasks as appropriate
- Delivering resolution for complex issues and escalations
- Supporting ad-hoc projects and local Labour Relations (inc. EWC coordination)
- Reviewing and keeping up to date HR policies and maintaining content on the HR portal
- Partnering outsourced provider to educate them on KC culture, policy and practice
- Providing HR Operations cover across EMEA
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven experience in an operational HR capacity or HR shared services
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Stakeholder management skills, internal and external
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize
- Language skills - fluent in Italian or French would be an asset
