• We're looking for a skilled Backend Developer who is confident with Golang and Java (or Kotlin), passionate about clean code, and comfortable working in cloud-native environments.

• Develop scalable, resilient microservices in Go and Java/Kotlin to support high-traffic systems
• Contribute to system design, architecture decisions, and performance improvements
• Write and maintain high-quality tests (unit, integration, E2E) to ensure reliability and maintainability
• Collaborate in code reviews, share best practices, and support team knowledge sharing through documentation
• Participate in CI/CD workflows and deploy your code using modern tools like Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes

• At least 5 years of experience in backend development with Go and Java or Kotlin
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and multi-threaded systems
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and modern deployment pipelines
• Excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level), both spoken and written
• Residing in Poland required
