General Assistant
For our Client, an international company in the medical industry, we are looking for a person for the position of General Assistant.
Your tasks will include
- Providing timely and efficient administrative support in the end-to-end projects
- Verifying and uploading all documents and keeping track of timelines
- Supporting the development and proper archiving of contracts and purchase orders
- Managing incoming invoices and following on the budget spent
- Organizing needed documents
- Daily office operations and general support tasks
- Managing calendar of the internal and external events relevant for the HR and legal department
- Regular contact and communication with customers, suppliers, external vendors to ensure professional cooperation and excellent projects delivery
- Contacting various internal and external stakeholders within the region
- Close communication with other departments and affiliates
- An advanced knowledge of English
- Good organization of work
- Experience on a similar position
- Independence of action
- Team spirit, responsibility for given tasks, attention to details
- Continuous optimization and simplification of processes in the area of responsibility
