Frontend Engineer

You will be working as part of the Romex engineering team on a product used by thousands of companies worldwide. You enjoy being both a team player and working independently. The opportunityOur Frontend Engineer is someone who:Has built up a few years’ experience with a modern UI Framework. We love Angular but if you have experience with React, Vue or similar we’d love to hear from you tooIs familiar with building large scale applications and the associated technologies for state management, shared component libraries and integrating with third parties. Wants to push the boundaries through Micro Frontend architectures, Mono Repos and Native-Web frameworks such as Ionic. Knows their way around Git, NPM and webpack or similar. Has worked with CSS precompilers like SCSS, even better if you have worked with a CSS framework or two, like Bootstrap or Material UIExperience across the stack with frameworks like ExpressJS or Fastify is a bonus. Can communicate effectively with our Design Team and help deliver high-quality web assets based on wireframes and models. Has worked in Test Driven Development environment, helping to write Unit Tests, perform code reviews and collaborate with other developers to deliver solutions. Has strong verbal and written communication skills in fluent English In RoomexWe use Angular, RESTful APIs, Typescript, NodeJS, webpack and GitOur backend is driven by.
