First line of business customer support - working with German language Łódź, Łódź Voivodeship

Tasks of the position:

• Ongoing technical service
• Processing customer requests (email, chat, phone)
• Proposing individual solutions
• Transferring problems to the second line of support - in case it is not possible to solve the request independently
• Creating documentation related to the position
• Reliable performance of assigned duties

Expectations for candidates:

• knowledge of foreign languages: English: B1, German: min. B2
• The level of languages must allow for free communication
• Availability to work full time
• Ability to conduct conversations via e-mail and telephone
  
  highly developed interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage working time
• self-discipline
• responsibility for the tasks performed
