Your responsibilities- Collaborating within an interdisciplinary team to define, develop, validate, and release new and enhanced hardware functions for mobile gas detection technology
- Independently managing and executing hardware design activities
- Acting as an interface between project teams and development partners
- Ensuring explosion-proof, functionally safe, and EMC-compliant hardware concepts for industrial applications
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of technical documentation to comply with regulatory requirements and certification processes

Our requirements- Completed degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a comparable field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware design for industrial systems
- Solid knowledge of schematic and PCB layout tools
- Open-minded, proactive, and highly self-driven when integrating into new teams and projects
- Excellent communication skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Independent working style and high adaptability to new project requirements
- Experience in cross-functional projects
- Structured and solution-oriented approach
- Fluent Polish required
- Residing in Poland required
