Our goal is to support the sales and customer service processes of ourcontractors, with whom we build lasting and long-term relationships. We providecomprehensive support services for HR, recruitment and training processes inthis area. We are looking for candidates for a project implemented for ourpartner: SAMSUNG SDS - one of the most admired and innovative brands in theworld. KEY ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Guidesthe Scrum Team on how to use agile practices and principles to deliver highquality e-Store services;
• Coachesthe Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domainknowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally workingwithin the Scrum team;
• Getsteam to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength andimprovement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques;
• Responsiblefor ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines;
• Facilitatesand supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, andSprint Retrospective;
• Arrangeddaily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo anddecision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use ofadaptation process;
• Resolvesteam impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of theapplication of Scrum on the e-Store platform;
• Helpsdelivery lead to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them readyfor the next sprint.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor'sdegree required in computer science, software engineering;
• Overthan First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I);
• Knowledgeof other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc;
• Knowledgeand/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.

EXPERIENCE:

• 4years of product or project development experience, or 3 years of projectdevelopment experience on an Agile Team or an equivalent combination ofeducation and work experience;
• Experienceplaying the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software developmentteam;
• Outstandingcommunication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills;
• Shouldhave strong domain experience in B2B/ B2C commerce.
