Job Overview
In this role you will develop, deploy, codify and scale Personalization at Scale (P@S) strategies and campaigns, working closely with Business Unit Marketing Teams, Media Agencies, Media Insights and Key Media Partners.
Responsibilities
- Define key campaigns to build targeted media plans together with TCP Leads and Media Agencies on key EU Markets
- Identify key barriers of Personalization @ Scale deployment to address and overcome it
- Work closely with Audience Strategy Team to ensure Audience profiling delivery to enable addressable media planning
- Work closely with Media Agencies (Internal and external) to deliver addressable media planning, ensure right Measurement set up
- Work closely with Marketing, Media teams to set up and deploy data driven targeting by activating internal-3party Data
- Design and drive T&L agenda on addressable media, comms and tech to define Horizon 2 media strategy
- Ensure productivity targets delivery for addressable media planning
- Navigate MarTech and IT Teams to ensure MarTech (CRM, DMP, CDP, Datalake, etc) set up to reflect media objectives & priorities
- Support Sector and BU requests on P@S, 1PD Media and Comms agenda
- Build Playbooks on addressable media planning, P@S communication and 1PD acquisition and activation
- Guide & upskill marketing, media teams and agencies on data driven best practices
- Work closely with Media Insights, Media Agencies and JBP Partners on defining ROI & Sales Lift best practices
- Codify best cases to capture learnings
- Look for industry best practices and apply it in PepsiCo
- Ensure Scorecards (P@S, Owned Data, Meta, Google) quarterly updates to track P@S and 1P targets acceleration
Qualifications
- 3-5 years in Digital Brand Comms- Media planning
- Project management - ability to manage multiple projects in a fast moving and ever changing environment with maturity and foresight to cope with input and changes, sometimes at the last minute
- Fluency in English
- Analytical skills - create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities
- Innovative and entrepreneurial
- Technically savvy
