Make a difference in healthcare and join us on this mission!We are currently looking for a Country Manager, Poland (f/m/d), who will directly lead Polish Sales Team. Reporting to Senior Director, Commercial Operations you will plan, advise and implement strategies to improve revenue and increase market share for all Cepheid products in the region. You will get results through leadership skills consistently championing and supporting a culture of continuous improvement, with an eye on reaching optimum performance through individuals and teams. You will demonstrate commercial leadership, while functioning in a demanding, willing to take action environment by building and leading a result focused high-performance team.
