Responsibilities:

• Responsible for controlling financial operations.
• Analyzing and reporting monthly closing.
• Managing the monthly closing process in coordination with the supervisor.
• Preparing monthly reports for the group.
• Calculating and monitoring material costs.
• Handling the SAP ERP system to ensure accuracy of numerical data related to production processes.
• Ensuring transparency of all costs and results.
• Calculating and maintaining correct transfer prices in the SAP ERP system.
• Maintaining regular contact to optimize costs and collaborate closely with managing directors in their respective areas.
• Supporting various projects from a financial perspective and preparing business plans.
• Continuous coordination with colleagues.

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics (finance, controlling).
• Professional experience in a similar position.
• Analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions (working with large amounts of data).
• Experience in a manufacturing company or a consulting firm specializing in cost control for manufacturing companies.
• Very good practical knowledge of Excel - a prerequisite.
• Advanced level of English.
• Open and honest personality with excellent communication skills.
• Practical approach and openness to new challenges.
• Responsibility and proactivity.

Additional advantages:

• Knowledge of the SAP system (FI/CO module) would be a significant advantage.
