Controlling and Accounting Specialist

Location: Europe

Business Area: Back Office

Responsibilities

• you will support the closing of the accounting month process of American legal entities and control of data quality in the SAP system
• you will be responsible for audits of Americans LEs as a member of SSC Polska (very close collaboration with Finance Business Partner in America)
• you will do the booking of payrolls, and all accruals
• you will set up payments in the bank system
• you will support the Head of Finance in preparing reports and budgets
• you will calculate KPIs and costs rates, support the pricing process
• you will analyze and control data quality in the controlling system
• you will be responsible for maintaining and developing a controlling system (collaboration with the external technical consultant)
• you will participate in internal implementation projects
• you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing deviation between budgets and actuals data

Requirements

• bachelor or M. Sc. in economics/finance
• min. 5 years of experience in the accounting/finance department
• attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• ability to work independently but also you are a team-player
• analytical mindset and ability to understand and communicate complex matters
• fluency in English (both written and spoken, at least B2 level)
• knowledge of SAP and Power Bi system will be the additional advantage
