Your responsibilities- Provide extensive expertise and support to the Collections team and other OTC departments.
- Have a key impact in delivery of best results keeping control over KMs, SLAs BOI s
- Manage development of the Collections team to ensure best in class collections operations delivered to the client
- Establish and maintain strong business partnership relationship with key Client stakeholders
- Close cooperation with Change Managers, Global Process Owners and Global Process Advocates
- Manage client escalations

Our requirements- Nice to have experience in Software Platforms Internet Advertisement Collections processes
- At least 3 years of experience as a Team Leader of Collections team in Software Platforms Internet Advertisement industry
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to strategise solutions and solve problems
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, presentation communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package especially MS Excel
- Nice to have experience in Software Platforms Internet Advertisement Collections processes
- At least 3 years of experience as a Team Leader of Collections team in Software Platforms Internet Advertisement industry
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to strategise solutions and solve problems
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, presentation communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package especially MS Excel
