Responsibilities Oversee the finance, accounting, and controlling areas for a company that offers innovative software solutions via the internet in the SaaS model. Work with the accounting office to maintain the company's accounts. Design and implement high-quality data analysis, providing insights and recommendations for business. Monitor key business indicators and support their continuous improvement. Prepare financial forecasts, plan and supervise budget implementation. Prepare reports for internal (management) and external (investors). Responsible for preparing statements and financial and operational reports. Establish good relationships with partners such as banks, insurance companies, advisors, offices, and external institutions. Work closely with management staff in building the company's value. Participate in strategic decisions and initiatives of the company. Requirements At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position. Higher education in finance, accounting, or economics. In-depth knowledge of accounting, finance, controlling, financial liquidity management, balance sheet, and tax law provisions. Fluent in English, both in speech and writing. Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs office tools. Data processing skills for business purposes (data science). Ability to work under time pressure and assertiveness. Strong organizational skills with meticulousness and punctuality. Highly developed negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills.
