Join the group of 500 satisfied Contractors working for Hays’ clients!For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:Business AnalystLocation: remote / WarsawJob type: B2B (with Hays Poland)Rate: 130-150 PLN/h net on B2BStart date: ASAPRemote work: currently – 100% remote, after covid – hybrid model (office in Warsaw)Methodology: ScrumTools: BPMN , Microsoft (Azure), Enterprise ArchitectWhat will you do:Analyse and transfer business, user and technical needs into a business requirements specification, identifying options for potential solutions. Produce business cases and feasibility studies. Model and document the system Business Architecture, including value chains, business processes, roles, capabilities and data. Map business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, and system features to business architecture components. Communicate project objectives, business case, requirements, and scope to stakeholders, in order to better provide rapid responses to business needs. Elicit needs, analyse requirements and write user stories. Maintain and track requirements during the systems lifecycle. Support business experts and product owners during the definition of requirements and the software development. Contribute to the systems design, testing, quality assurance, and change management. Analyse existing business processes, performing cost-benefit and what-if analysis. Identify opportunities for business process improvement leading to improved customer service, lower costs, or higher revenue (effectiveness and efficiency gains). Design, validate, benchmark and test business processes to achieve business process excellence through continuous monitoring and improvement. Plan organizational changes to include new/improved business process. MSc or higher education. At least 4 years hands-on experience in business analysis, participating at least in the full life cycle of 2 large software solutions as business analyst. Expert in requirements elicitation and analysis. Proficient in using systems modelling tools, in particular Sparx Enterprise Architect. Excellent communication skills. Ability to document effectively. Problem solving skills.
