• Be responsible for managing the accurate and timely settlement of transactions across a range of products including Equity, FX and Derivatives transactions in addition to the resolution of queries and investigations.
• Work with the SWIFT messages to obtain and process information about upcoming financial events.
• Communicate with various stakeholders worldwide to ensure reliable, precise, and manage timely customer service.
• You are encouraged to look for process improvements to provide effective controls and efficiency.

We are looking for smart, dedicated people to join our Banking Operations team within the Custody Services department in Wroclaw, Poland. By joining the Global Operations team, we provide a variety of services to support our banking business globally, including asset servicing, trade settlements & payments, reconciliations, corporate actions support and financial instrument maintenance.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for:

• Understanding of banking operations processes
• At least 3 years of proven work experience in finance industry would be an asset
• Willingness to learn wide range of banking services
• Strong analytical mind-set and risk awareness
• Outstanding communication skills with proficiency in English (German skills would be an asset)
• Creativity, independence and very good work organization. Proven ability to manage work well under pressure
• University degree
• Positive attitude, flexibility, willingness to learn and grow
