Accounting Manager
For our Client an international real estate company we are looking for Accounting Manager who will join the Warsaw team.
Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Group monthly management accounts
- Monitoring the performance of the Group
- Responsible for Financial Reporting of consolidated group and entities
- Responsible for budgeting and forecasting of the consolidated group of entities
- Participation in the Group’s year-end close process
- Cooperation with the Group’s auditors
- Cash management of the Group
- Preparation of ad-hoc analysis
- Reporting to the financing banks
- Preparation of new templates and ability to improve support tools
- A few years of experience as part of financial reporting/controlling team
- Real Estate experience and SAP will be an asset
- Good command of English
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel (VBA will be a plus)
- The candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic, proactive, reliable, and a self-starter
- Ability to work independently and with colleagues in different areas of the business as well as part of finance team
- Candidate can work under pressure and deliver tasks under time restraints
