responsibilities :
- SuccessFactors & Integrations Team is searching for support in one of the functional areas in the team, which SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
- The support around SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules is needed in daily tasks such as ticket resolution, researching on issues, working on change requests concerning that area, cooperating with our implementation partner and other team resources working with those topics, analyzing requirements for the change requests etc.
requirements-expected :
- Fluent English
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors RCM as an admin or consultant for at least 1 year
- Designed, built, tested and implemented solutions within SAP SuccessFactors RCM and/or Onboarding and/or EC
- Have strong communication and inter-personal skills to ensure fruitful cooperation with stakeholders
- You are a good listener and you can transform business requirements into digital solutions
- You are willing to improve and question existing solutions and you are not afraid of new challenges
- You are eager to work in cross-country and cross-functional environment
- You are self-learner willing to become an HR IT Analyst
- You are tech-savvy person able to solve technical challenges on your own (and you can tell us about them)
- Have a positive can-do attitude, willing to tackle challenges and take new tasks
