Your responsibilities:
- Overseeing the sales of support systems designed for photovoltaic structures and profiles used in the construction of PV structures within the markets of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Supervising the activities of Sales Representatives/Key Account Managers, establishing objectives, and ensuring their successful achievement.
- Building, developing and motivating a subordinate sales team.
- Directing the growth and organization structure within the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets.
- Actively participating in B2B project sales processes, including tasks such as preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the implementation of contracts for supporting structures in large-scale PV projects.
- Engaging in frequent business travels to meet with customers and visit project sites.
Our requirements:
- Proficiency and expertise in B2B project sales.
- Positive track record in B2B sales, particularly for large-scale PV projects.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently lead and manage a sales team.
- Strong personal etiquette and extensive experience in B2B customer interactions.
- Previous experience in project management.
- Higher education degree in a technical, management, or sales related field.
- Technical proficiency in mechanics and the necessary documentation for building structures.
- Capable of organizing effective team-building activities.
- Fluent in both German and Polish, with proficiency in English for communication.
