IT Service Desk Agent (All Genders)
technologies-expected :
- SQL

- PowerBi
responsibilities :
- Supports end users remotely with trouble shooting, using computer, IT devices, and software for an assigned area of competence
- Capture incidents, provide 1st level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
- Walk customers through problem solving process, and track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
- Escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support, according to the IT incident management process
- Update tickets, produce activity reports, and ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
requirements-expected :
- Written and spoken English (B2), German would be great
- Experience in 1st/2nd level support
- IT generalist with an understanding of IT processes and infrastructure
- Solution-oriented way of working
- Experience with ServiceNow (ticket/task processing)
- Power BI knowledge
- SQL Reporting Service knowledge
- Knowledge of common office tools
